New sales orders will be processed during office hours Monday - Friday and usually dispatched the following working day.
Mainland GB delivery costs are calculated by the size and weight of each item in the order. As an initial guide:
- Small items (media players & wall mounts): £10.00 - £15.00 (TNT)
- Medium items (less than 43" wall mounted displays): £15.00 - £30.00 (TNT)
- Large items such as 43"+ screens, indoor and outdoor A-boards: £30.00 (PALLET)
- Stands: £40.00 (PALLET)
- Extra Large, heavy, multiple or bulk orders: £75.00. (PALLET)
During the checkout process you can enter the delivery address for your order to confirm the shipping cost.
Small and medium items are send on a next working day delivery with TNT.
Pallets are send with a national pallet service on 2-3 day delivery. This can be sent next day for an additional charge of £20.00. Standard delivery times are between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday. Please be aware, this is a kerb side delivery service, the pallet delivery company will not deliver the pallet into a property and they do not take away pallets.
If you are ordering multiple screens we may be able to reduce the delivery cost by shipping items in the same package. Please contact the team on 0333 344 3588 for further details. Orders will usually be delivered within 3 - 10 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) subject to stock availability.
We will send over your tracking details as soon as they are available from the shipping service provider.
Upon delivery, goods must be signed for as “unchecked” or if there is any damage to the packaging you must sign for as “damaged”. All goods must be checked and tested to ensure they are in full working condition within 24 hours of receipt with no exceptions. If there are any problems this must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt otherwise we are unable to claim compensation from the courier and will therefore not payout on, or replace damaged goods.

- We do not ship outside of mainland GB as standard.
- We can provide a cost price for shipping to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands & Channel Islands.

The BTF842 is a premium mounting solution designed to mount two screens in portrait orientation, one above the other. A heavy duty steel base eliminates the need to bolt to the floor and adjustable levelling feet are included to accommodate uneven surfaces. The high-end aesthetic with an anodised aluminium finish and integrated cable management ensures finished installations are neat and tidy, making the BTF842 ideal for use in professional or commercial applications.
