1. Create and download your media

Design your content in any application — Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Keynote, or any design tool you already use. Export it at the correct resolution for your screen and save it to your computer.

2. Drag and drop your file onto MSP Publisher

Open MSP Publisher and select your target player from the dropdown list. Then drag your image or video file directly onto the application. MSP Publisher will automatically verify the file format and resolution match the selected player — and flag any issues before publishing.

3. Click Publish

Hit the Publish button and your content goes live on the selected screen immediately. It publishes as a default playlist and overwrites any existing content — no browser, no portal login, no delays.

How many computers can I use my licence on?

Your licence is perpetual and node-locked to the machine it is activated on. If you need to transfer your licence to a new computer, contact our support team.

No — MSP Publisher handles instant publishing only. For content scheduling, log in to your My Signage Portal account where full scheduling tools are available.

Does MSP Publisher edit or re-encode my content?

No. Your file is published exactly as it is. MSP Publisher does not compress, resize or modify your content in any way.

Do I need a My Signage Portal subscription?

Yes. MSP Publisher connects to your My Signage Portal account, so an active subscription is required for your players to appear in the app. Contact us if you need help with a subscription renewal.

Can I publish 4K content to a Full HD screen?

No. MSP Publisher checks your content resolution against the target player and will block any mismatched files. This prevents blurred or incorrectly scaled content appearing on your screens.

Can I publish more than one image or video at once?

The current version supports one file per publish. For multi-asset playlists, use My Signage Portal directly. We're actively developing future versions of MSP Publisher — multi-asset support is on the roadmap.
