No. Your file is published exactly as it is. MSP Publisher does not compress, resize or modify your content in any way.

Yes. MSP Publisher connects to your My Signage Portal account, so an active subscription is required for your players to appear in the app. Contact us if you need help with a subscription renewal.

No. MSP Publisher checks your content resolution against the target player and will block any mismatched files. This prevents blurred or incorrectly scaled content appearing on your screens.
