Digital Signage Rentals

We hire a range of professional digital signage equipment for trade shows, exhibitions, corporate events and outdoor promotions. From large-format DV-LED video walls to touch screen kiosks, freestanding digital posters and weatherproof outdoor A-boards — we supply, deliver, set up and collect.

Each event is unique, so we can provide you with a bespoke package depending on your requirements:

We charge a minimum rental period of 3 days and we provide clear prices based on the number of screens, type of screens and the time/mileage for the delivery and collection.

Our P1.9 Indoor DV-LED is a 20 cabinet professional rental video wall produces stunning, camera-friendly visuals that make your brand impossible to ignore at a trade show or product launch. DVLED Freestanding Totem Video Walls

GN Hearing hired a 3.2m wide P1.8 GOB DV-LED video wall for their exhibition in Birmingham. The wall was delivered, assembled and fully tested in under 2 hours, ran flawlessly throughout the event, and was collected once the show closed. The 1740 x 1044 pixel display drew significant attention on the stand and generated strong visitor engagement throughout the day.

Our 50" white freestanding touch screen posters are ideal for exhibitions, retail activations, product launches and corporate events. Slim, lightweight and elegant, they can be positioned anywhere on your stand and moved easily between locations.

We have 4 in house units available for hire — ideal for multi-screen setups or as a fleet across a large exhibition space.

Our User Friendly Content Management System enabled the British Thoracic Society to create an interactive touch screen playists to display multiple case studies for their 2025 and 2026 annual summer event in Manchester.

Which Operating System Image

What operating systems do your rental screens use?

As standard our rental screens all have built in android media players setup with our Digital Signage Software which is ideal for clients who would like to show images and videos on a loop at their event or build lightweight interactive touch screen experiences.

If you have your own Android App we can preinstall the APK file on the built in Android Media player for your event.

If you require Powerpoint we can setup a fully licensed Windows 10 Pro computer inside the rental screen.

Alternatively, if you are presenting specialist software eg. CAD Applications at trade shows you can plug your own computer into our screens (HDMI and USB) and use the full touch screen capability of the hardware.
